Lumina

Population: 2.7 Billion

Capital of the Helios Sovereignty and home of House Aerin-Payne.

Lumina is one of the most prosperous worlds in known space. Towering arcologies, glittering financial districts, and luxurious residential complexes dominate its continents. The world serves as the commercial heart of the Sovereignty and hosts many of the Core's largest financial institutions.

To its citizens, Lumina represents the pinnacle of civilization. To its critics, it symbolizes the excesses of the wealthy elite.

Regardless of opinion, few can deny its importance.

New Tarsis

Population: 800 Million

One of the Sovereignty's most important trade worlds.

Located along several major commercial routes, New Tarsis serves as a crossroads for merchants, shipping companies, and travelers from across the Core.

Its orbital facilities handle staggering volumes of cargo each year, making it one of the busiest commercial systems under Sovereignty control.

Eridanius IV

Population: 400 Million

A world renowned for luxury agriculture and fine food production.

Its temperate climate and fertile soils support vineyards, orchards, ranches, and agricultural estates that supply many of the Core's wealthiest consumers.

Products bearing the Eridanius name command premium prices throughout known space.

Arcadia

Population: 1.8 Billion

The cultural jewel of the Sovereignty.

Arcadia is famous for its beautiful cities, universities, museums, concert halls, and artistic traditions. Tourism forms a major component of the planetary economy, drawing visitors from every major House.

Many of humanity's most celebrated artists, writers, and musicians trace their origins to Arcadia.

Haven

Population: 1.4 Billion

The financial engine of the Sovereignty.

While Lumina serves as the political capital, Haven is home to many of the banking institutions, investment houses, and commercial exchanges that underpin the House's immense wealth.

Economic decisions made on Haven can influence markets throughout the Core.

Lyra II

Population: 500 Million

A world dedicated to higher learning and scientific advancement.

Its universities and research institutes attract students and scholars from across human space. Although smaller than many Sovereignty worlds, Lyra II exerts an influence far greater than its population would suggest.

Many important technological and economic innovations originate here.

Helix III

Population: 700 Million

The industrial backbone of the Sovereignty.

Unlike the luxurious worlds for which the House is famous, Helix III is dominated by factories, shipyards, and manufacturing complexes. It produces much of the equipment necessary to sustain the Sovereignty's economy.

Its workers often joke that they build the wealth enjoyed elsewhere.

Luxoria

Population: 900 Million

Home to some of the wealthiest families in the Core.

Luxoria is famous for its estates, private enclaves, luxury resorts, and exclusive communities. Political influence often flows through its halls as readily as wealth.

Many members of the Sovereignty's aristocracy maintain residences on Luxoria.

Greenworld VII

Population: 500 Million

A fertile agricultural world supplying food to much of the Sovereignty.

Vast farming regions cover large portions of the planet, while small cities and agricultural cooperatives form the backbone of local society.

Although less glamorous than many Sovereignty worlds, Greenworld VII remains essential to the stability of the House.

The Sovereignty Character

The worlds of the Helios Sovereignty embody prosperity, commerce, and influence.

Where the Protectorate values resilience and military strength, the Sovereignty values wealth, culture, and economic power. Its leaders believe prosperity creates stability and that influence can often accomplish what armies cannot.

Though frequently criticized for its extravagance, the Sovereignty remains one of the most successful and powerful states in human space.

To its citizens, wealth is not merely a measure of success.

It is the foundation upon which civilization itself is built.
